•Instrumental Performance track centered on private studio lessons with faculty who are active performers, clinicians, and adjudicators
•Small classes and individualized instruction; applied study paired with theory, music history, and required recitals

•Perform in instrumental ensembles including the Wind Symphony (the division's premier wind/percussion group), Chamber Orchestra, Jazz Ensemble, and chamber groups such as the Clarinet Choir and Flute Choir
•Recitals presented in the 60-seat Eberly Recital Hall (Steinway grand) and the Margo Jones Performance Hall

•Prepares graduates for careers in instrumental performance, private studio teaching, and graduate study
