Scholarship Audition and Interview Requirements

Optional audition and interview for scholarship consideration only; they are not required for program admission.

Repertoire List

Prepare audition material for your principal area and provide the title and composer for each piece

Vocal/choral: two contrasting memorized pieces, one in a foreign language and one in English

Strings or winds: two contrasting selections, one slow/lyrical and one faster/technical

Percussion: one timpani or snare selection plus one marimba selection

Piano: two selections of contrasting style and time period

Scales & Technique

Faculty may ask for scales, vocalizes, arpeggios, or a memorized scale based on your area
