•BA Theater with Acting Concentration provides high-caliber training within a liberal arts education, preparing students for graduate conservatory programs or professional careers in theater, TV, and film
•Coursework includes Voice for the Actor, Speech for the Actor, Basic Movement, Acting I–V, Physical Theater, Audition Technique for the Camera, and The Working Actor
•Certification officials from the Society of Fight Directors are invited to final projects of Swordplay for the Actor classes; some students receive certification in various combat specialties
Performance & Productions
•Full season of productions each year serving as a creative laboratory for experiential learning
•Theater Education 4+1 Program: earn a BA in Theater, MEd, a minor in English, and a Pennsylvania secondary school teaching certificate in five years
