•Bullet: The Music minor requires Music Theory I and II, applied music study, and six advanced credits in a performance ensemble
•Bullet: Lower-level aural training and theory courses must be completed with a C or better
Performance & Productions
•Bullet: Applied students concurrently participate in an assigned university ensemble and music convocation
•Bullet: Instrumentalists are placed in band or orchestra, singers in chorale, and guitar or keyboard students in a large ensemble; additional options include mariachi, jazz, chamber music, and guitar ensemble
Degree Flexibility
•Bullet: The minor adds sequenced musicianship and recurring performance to a primary degree
