•Bullet: Course major requires 4 Music Theory courses with Musicianship sections (MUSI 011/040A, 012/040B, 013/040C, plus an upper-level theory course with 040D), 2 Music History courses, 1 Ethnomusicology course, 1 elective, and the MUSI 094 senior comprehensive project
•Bullet: Majors complete a keyboard-skills requirement and participate in a department ensemble for at least four semesters, chosen from Orchestra, Chorus, Wind Ensemble, Jazz Ensemble, Chinese Music Ensemble, Gamelan, Critical Mass, and Taiko
