•Design & Production track develops skills in scenic, costume, lighting, props, sound, stage management, and technical theatre work
•Students gain practical experience through set construction, costume building, electrics, prop building, operations, and production leadership
•Portfolio development is built through hands-on departmental production assignments and senior-level documentation
PERFORMANCE & PRODUCTIONS
•3-4 mainstage productions each year give designers and technicians repeated opportunities to build, run, and document realized work
•Student-created Honors Production and student theatre projects expand design and production leadership opportunities

•Departmental scholarships include awards specifically for design or technical theatre majors and technical-emphasis Theatre majors
