Training
•Bullet: Complete a two-year, 39-credit full-time sequence in a cohort of about 8–12, meeting on campus two days weekly for three semesters before a six-month full-time internship.
•Bullet: Build clinical musicianship, assessment-treatment-evaluation skills and interprofessional practice through health-professions workshops and simulations.
Professional Development
•Bullet: Accumulate 1,200 clinical hours with access to more than 50 Shenandoah-affiliated internship sites plus AMTA National Roster sites.
Degree Flexibility
•Bullet: Students may transition into the M.M.T. during internship and finish that degree in three additional semesters.
