Questionnaire length: 2–5 minutes

Questionnaire questions: describe the stories you would like to create at Stockton, why theatre interests you, your favorite creative artists, and what makes a good storyteller

Creative Sample (Required)

Creative sample upload: submit the two-part artistic-review file

Creative sample Part 1: share something that expresses who you are as a creative artist and be prepared to discuss it with faculty

Creative sample Part 2: show your best work as an actor, writer, designer, producer, or other creative artist

University admission and the theatre review are separate steps

Eligibility

Open to incoming first-year and transfer applicants

Stockton uses rolling admission for fall entry

Transfer Pathway

Creative Project Development transfer applicants can select this concentration in Stockton's public Degree Works equivalency tool and enter completed classes to preview how prior coursework applies to the BA. The theatre intake review remains part of placement before registration.

Audition Process

Stockton Theatre reviews are currently available online

A faculty member follows up after the materials are received

Part 1 introduces who you are as a creative artist

Part 2 presents your work and includes faculty discussion

The in-person theatre review took place February 27, 2026, at the Galloway campus

Applicants who missed the in-person date may still submit materials electronically
