Training & Disciplines
•Six technical disciplines: scenic, properties, costumes, lighting, sound, stage management
•Students specialize in a self-selected area by final semester
•13 credits of practicum work (THTR 1370-1374) plus MnTC general education
•Professional portfolio development in THTR 1374 (200 hours, 4 credits)
Career Pathways
•Graduates qualified for technical positions at concert arenas, convention centers, amusement parks, cruise lines, hotels/casinos, motion picture studios, and theatres
•AA degree transfers to any Minnesota State 4-year program
