•No audition is required for admission to the Bachelor of Arts in Music — any admitted student may declare the major

Scholarship Audition (Optional)
•An optional audition or interview is offered for Sarofim Scholarship consideration and Performance Awards
•Submit materials online via the Admissions Slate portal by February 15, 2026
•Non-performance applicants may submit a video explaining their interest in music and, if comfortable, a brief performance
Placement
•Music majors complete a keyboard proficiency requirement after enrollment — for course placement and degree progress, not admission
