•Apply to SIUE first, then schedule an audition with the Department of Music
•Auditions are scheduled via the department's online form

Decisions
•Apply to SIUE by December 1 to be considered for academic scholarships
•Audition by late February to be considered for music scholarships
•Applications and auditions accepted after February, but music scholarship funding may be limited
Theater and Dance Audition
•Separate audition with the Department of Theater and Dance is also part of the process
•In-person: 1-minute monologue, 32-bar cut of a musical theatre song (bring accompaniment track), 60-minute dance class, brief interview with faculty
•Video option: 1-minute monologue, 32-bar cut of a musical theatre song (with track), 30-second dance clip
