Training
•Bullet: The 2026-2027 BA Art Theatre Design curriculum begins with visual-art foundations, drawing, and design courses alongside Introduction to the Theatre.
•Bullet: The sequence then adds Stagecraft, Design for Stage and Studio, acting, theatre history, and either Makeup Design or Costume Design for Stage and Studio.
Performance & Productions
•Bullet: Students take Play Production in the fourth year and complete ART 4220 Senior Projects in Visual Art + Design before the culminating ART 4990 Thesis Exhibition.
•Bullet: The catalog requires all degree candidates to present an approved body of artwork in the Graduating Seniors’ Exhibition.
Facilities
•Bullet: Southeastern identifies its Visual Art + Design computer lab as one of the state’s largest and best equipped, alongside dedicated costume and scene shops in Anzalone Hall.
