•Acting emphasis within the AA Theatre Arts degree, taught alongside the conservatory-style Actor Training Program that George Maguire and David Leonard built in 1985
•Coursework in acting, theatre history, and script analysis, with an AA-T for Transfer track that guarantees CSU admission for performance majors
•Faculty include Artistic Director Christine Mani (30+ regional theatre awards) and director JanLee Marshall (35+ director credits, MFA UC Davis, Artistic Director of B8 Theatre Company)
Performance & Productions
•Performance experience through Solano College Theatre, the producing company founded in 1980 that has staged as many as ten productions in a single season
•Additional stage time via free Shakespeare on the Suisun waterfront and a tri-city youth theatre program

•Trains and performs in the Solano College Center for Performing Arts in Fairfield: a 368-seat mainstage plus an intimate black box studio
