Scholarship Audition Format
•Bullet: Audition is for scholarship consideration only (not required for AS admission)
•Bullet: Auditions held at Snow College Eccles Center for the Performing Arts
•Bullet: 300 East Center Street, Ephraim, Utah
•Bullet: Out-of-state or international students may arrange video auditions
Audition by Instrument
•Bullet: Vocal: two contrasting pieces (5-7 minutes)
•Bullet: Wind/Brass: one prepared piece plus scales
•Bullet: Strings: two contrasting solos or solo and etude
•Bullet: Percussion: one prepared solo on instrument of choice
•Bullet: Piano: two pieces in contrasting styles, performed from memory (15 minutes)
•Bullet: Guitar: two contrasting pieces, demonstrate comping and soloing
•Bullet: Jazz: one prepared piece demonstrating reading and improvisation

•Bullet: Fill out the audition form on the music department website
•Bullet: Faculty will contact you to confirm exact day and time
