•Core coursework in Stagecraft, Stage Management, Design for Stage and Screen, and Introduction to Stage Lighting
•Electives in costume construction, costume design, digital media tools, and audio production
PRODUCTIONS & EXPERIENCE
•Three main stage productions plus a department theatre festival each season
•Backstage and crew roles in the Black Box Theatre at South City Campus
•Technical theatre internship available (THEA 2000)
•Collaborative projects with film production classes each semester

•Designed for students planning to major in technical theatre at a four-year institution
•Students may obtain employment and internships with local and national theatres as crew members, stage managers, and designers
