•Bullet: Coursework spans music production, sound design, and audio engineering, combining traditional music theory and performance with electro-acoustic and studio-recording technique
Degree Flexibility
•Bullet: 9 units of music/digital-media electives (Introduction to Digital Media or Digital Media Art) plus 9 units of university electives complete the 120-unit total
•Bullet: All School of Music majors, Music Technology included, complete an entrance audition on their primary instrument or voice; Music Technology faculty separately interview admitted students to assess musicianship and readiness for the technology curriculum
