Audition Requirements
Songs
ONE SONG SELECTION FROM A MUSICAL
•Preferably contrasting tone with monologue (comic song if monologue is serious, ballad if monologue is comic)
•Must bring clearly marked sheet music in the correct key
•Live accompanist provided for in-person auditions
Monologues
ONE MONOLOGUE FROM A FULL-LENGTH PLAY
•All selections must be memorized
•Part of a two-piece audition (contrasting with song selection)

What's The Process
AUDITION FORMAT
•Prepare two contrasting memorized pieces, each about 1.5-2 minutes long
•Audition in person on campus or submit a video online
•Interview with theatre & dance faculty immediately following audition
VIDEO SUBMISSIONS
•Same requirements as in-person
•Record in landscape orientation with neutral background
•Post as unlisted YouTube video and submit link via Audition Request Form
