Repertoire List
•Prepare three selections, 2-12 minutes each, representing the fullest sense of who you are as a musician
•Repertoire selections may demonstrate your primary instrument or voice in classical, jazz, contemporary, or world music
•Repertoire selections may be solo, with accompaniment, or featuring you in an ensemble
•Repertoire may include improvisation in any style over an existing form/tune or free improvisation
•Repertoire may include original compositions in any genre, with accompanying scores or notation if applicable
•Repertoire may include multimedia works or collaborations
•Recorded audition repertoire for performers and singer-songwriters: at least two work samples must be live-performance recordings, not produced/mixed tracks
•Recorded audition repertoire for composers: at least one work sample must be a live-performance recording
•Introduce yourself and state the name and composer of each repertoire selection before performing, or caption the video with the same information

•Required for recorded auditions only
•Submit a 2-3 minute interview-style video response
•Video prompt: Describe your most meaningful musical experience, what made it impactful, and how it shapes your perspective as a musician
Statement
•Required for all Cornish applicants
Letters of Recommendation
•Arts teacher recommendation from a teacher who can speak to your artistic or performing talents
•Separate from university counselor and teacher recommendations
