Audition Format
•Three options: live in-person, live virtual via Zoom, or recorded video
•Live auditions include monologue, two songs, dance call, and faculty interview
•In-person dance call provided at on-campus auditions
•Recorded auditions uploaded to Redhawk Admissions Portal "Portfolio" section
Recorded Audition Guidelines
•Film in a neutral open space with bare walls and clear acoustics
•Songs filmed in 3/4 shot (top of head to knees visible)
•Monologue introduction filmed in a full body shot
•No costumes, character makeup, sound effects, or virtual backgrounds
Recorded Interview Questions
•Answer three required questions on video
•Why do you want to study at Cornish? What excites you about the program?
•Tell us about someone who always acts with integrity
•Describe a play you would produce about an issue you care about
Timeline
•Early Action: submit recorded video auditions by November 20
•Regular Decision: applications due January 15
•After January 15: rolling admission pending space availability
