Transfer Pathway

Eligible liberal-arts associate-degree holders may receive the full 60 transferable credits, while creative-arts coursework is reviewed by Sarah Lawrence faculty for application to this area of study.

Audition Process

No audition required for admission to the theatre program

Any student admitted to Sarah Lawrence may study theatre, regardless of whether an arts supplement was submitted

Arts supplement is optional and submitted through the application status portal after Common Application is completed

Decisions

Admission interviews are optional and conducted online

Early Action/ED I interview deadline: November 10, 2026

ED II interview deadline: January 19, 2027

Regular Decision interview deadline: January 31, 2027
