Training
•21-unit certificate (14 units of core production courses plus 7 elective units in post-production, studio work, intermediate filmmaking, or screenwriting) covers the language of cinema, image and sound capture, and digital editing across fiction and non-fiction tracks
•Students gain crew experience contributing to the student newspaper The Oak Leaf, the Petaluma Cinema Series, and Film Fest Petaluma
Facilities
•Production students work in a multicamera broadcast studio, student-accessible digital media suites, and a VR lab
•SRJC screens student and visiting work in a 250-seat 4K theater and a 50-seat screening room across its two campuses
