PRODUCTION OPPORTUNITIES
•Students of all majors can audition for department productions
•Multiple undergraduate productions per season including mainstage and student lab shows
•Backstage roles available: stage manager, lighting operator, dresser, sound operator, stagehand
•Students can assist professional designers in scenic, costume, and lighting design
PROGRAM STRUCTURE
•BA degree within the College of Arts and Sciences
•Curriculum covers acting, design, script analysis, and technical theatre
•Theatre minor also available with foundational coursework and production experiences

•Partnership with The Old Globe Theatre (graduate level)

•No audition or portfolio required for admission to the BA Theatre major
•Declare theatre major after April 15 of first year via the Declaration of Major form
•Once enrolled, students of all majors can audition for department productions each semester
