•One of the few major training programs affiliated with a premier regional theatre company
•Students perform in The Old Globe's professional productions as a centerpiece of training
•Partnership with one of America's leading regional theatres since 1987

•Classical acting training with special emphasis on Shakespeare, "redefining Classical for a new American theatre"
•Curriculum: Acting, Voice and Speech, Literature, Movement, Stage Combat, Alexander Technique
•Workshops in scansion, improvisation, audition technique, acting for film and television
•Students work with The Old Globe's impressive roster of visiting guest artists
•2-year program with year-round schedule, academic credit through Globe performance work enables MFA in just two years
•60 units of graduate work across four semesters plus two summers
