•Prepares students for Michigan teacher certification in middle-school and high-school communication/theatre
•Serves students preparing to teach at the middle (grades 5-9) or high school (grades 7-12) level
•Requires a double major with Secondary Education
•42 credits in Communication and Theatre courses

•Communication track covers public speaking, interpersonal and organizational communication
•Theatre track includes acting, directing, theatrical design, and stage management
•Oral performance requirement may be met through public speaking, performance studies, or acting coursework
