Professional Development
•Year five is full-time graduate study with a student-teaching internship.
•Culminates in a teaching portfolio and the edTPA performance assessment, leading to a CEAS recommendation from the GSE.
Degree Flexibility
•Lets BFA dancers fold a master's and teaching license into a single extra year — students apply before spring of junior year and enter the education sequence the summer before senior year.
