ONE CONTEMPORARY MONOLOGUE, 2 min max
•Must be from the 21st century
•From a published play, performed in English
Dance
DANCE VIDEO
•Recreate the sequences and choreography from the provided RCS dance video
•Includes warm-up and kicks
•Video link provided after application
Additional Materials
INSTRUMENT EXPERIENCE (optional)
•List any instrument experience in the "Additional Information" section of Acceptd
•Not a prerequisite — but can be incorporated into devised piece at recall
•Programme includes musicianship strand with instrument study in Year 1

•Create an original piece (max 2 minutes) incorporating any combination of: text, dance/movement, singing, and music/instrument playing
•Show your creativity, interests, and who you are
•Sound system, piano, and basic furniture available at audition

•Dance call included as part of recall audition day
•Individual appointments to rework first-round material

What's The Process
TWO ROUNDS OF AUDITIONS
ROUND 1 — PRE-RECORDED VIDEO (via Acceptd)
•Upload 3 separate videos: singing, acting, and dance
•All recordings must be received by application deadline
•Each video in one full take, no editing required
RECALL — IN-PERSON OR ONLINE
•Held in Glasgow and London (live online via Zoom also available)
•Present your original devised piece (max 2 min)
•Dance call + individual appointments to rework Round 1 material
•Interview with panel

Scholarship Info
