Application Logistics

•Submit the Roosevelt University application first; there is no fee for the university application

•BFA Musical Theatre applicants then submit prescreen materials through GetAcceptd when the theatre cycle is open

•Roosevelt states that Theatre BFA programs are no longer accepting Fall 2026 applications

•The current CCPA and Acceptd pages still list prior-cycle theatre deadlines; next-cycle exact BFA Musical Theatre deadlines were not published when verified in July 2026

•BFA Musical Theatre applicants can request consideration for the Dance Concentration, BFA Acting, and BA Interdisciplinary Theatre Studies through the same Acceptd application

Transfer Pathway

BFA Musical Theatre transfer applicants may transfer into the Theatre Conservatory only after a successful entrance audition. Faculty determine BFA curriculum placement at admission, undergraduate transfers may not enter above the sophomore level, and transfer courses are reviewed at initial advising.
