Application Logistics

Apply to Randolph College through the school application or Common App

BFA admission requires the concentration audition or portfolio review in addition to university acceptance

Annual juried review is required to continue in the BFA program

Transfer Pathway

Randolph publishes Virginia community-college equivalencies for Acting I and II and permits approved courses to count toward major requirements. BFA Acting transfer applicants must still complete the acting audition and annual juried review.

Audition Process

Acting audition is required for BFA admission

Annual juried review is required at the end of each year to continue in the BFA program

Students may pursue multiple BFA concentrations if all requirements are completed

Scholarship Audition

The optional theatre scholarship asks performers for one 1-2 minute monologue

A 16-bar song is optional for the scholarship submission

Scholarship videos are shared by unlisted YouTube or Google Drive link
