Application Logistics

•Apply to Randolph College via Common App or school website — no application fee

•BFA admission requires audition in addition to university acceptance

Transfer Pathway

Randolph accepts undergraduate transfer applicants, allows up to 72 transfer credit hours, and says approved transfer courses may count toward major/minor requirements. BFA Acting applicants must also complete the Acting audition and annual juried review.

What's The Process

Audition Process

•Audition required for admission to the Acting concentration

•Submit a video recording of a 1-2 minute MONOLOGUE of your choice

•Optional: 16 BARS OF A SONG with accompaniment or a cappella

•Upload to YouTube (unlisted) or Google Drive and email link to acole@randolphcollege.edu

•Annual juried review at end of each year to continue in the BFA program

•Students may pursue multiple BFA concentrations if all requirements are completed

Scholarship Info

Fine and Performing Arts Scholarship

•Up to $2,000 annually

•Based on audition submission (same materials used for BFA admission)

•Priority deadline: February 21

•General deadline: March 1

•Recipients encouraged to participate in at least 2 Theatre Department productions (on stage or backstage) per year for all four years to maintain scholarship

•Only ONE Fine and Performing Arts Scholarship per student
