•17-19 credit minor housed in the Division of Dance within the Patti and Rusty Rueff School of Design, Art, and Performance — designed for students majoring in other fields
•No audition required to declare; coursework spans dance technique, choreography, dance history, dance film-making, intermedia technology, improvisation, and performance
•Division emphasizes investigative research in choreography, performance, and related interdisciplinary arts
Performance & Productions
•Purdue Contemporary Dance Company (PCDC) — the school's resident company, drawing dancers from across campus, performs semi-annual concerts on the Hansen Theatre main stage (enroll via DANC 24500 Practicum)
•XSeries — a student-produced and student-directed performance series open to all Purdue students without audition, including the XWorks studio concert and the Xperimental concert
•Dance Xchange — informal work-in-progress showings held Friday afternoons

•Performances staged in Yue-Kong Pao Hall: Hansen Theatre main stage plus the Pao Hall Dance Studio Theatre
