Submit academic application first

Submit the required portfolio and schedule the audition via Acceptd

Eligibility

Must be both academically and artistically admitted

Important Notes

Fall 2027 main and Bradenton Acceptd options are published but currently not open

Submit materials early because space is limited and for strongest scholarship consideration

Fee waiver available for College Board/NACAC fee waiver recipients, Pell Grant eligible, or financial hardship (apply through Acceptd)

What's The Process

Audition Process

Bradenton option: separate Acceptd application for a live audition in Bradenton, FL on September 11 or 12, 2026 only; portfolio still required—submit via the Bradenton application by September 7

If you cannot attend a Bradenton date, apply through the main application instead

Audition Expectations

Portfolio submission and live audition required

Audition includes: 1 song (32-bar cut), 1 monologue (60-90 sec), and live dance call

Bring headshot and experience/training resume to audition

Resume should highlight leadership experience—the program values performers who take initiative

Applicants unable to attend a live audition (in-person or virtual) may instead submit a video audition via Acceptd: 1 song of choice (32-bar cut), 1 monologue of choice, and a dance video in a style of choice (45-60 seconds each)

Scholarship Info

Artistic Achievement Award: $5,000–$30,000 per year—awarded to students who demonstrate high caliber of artistic ability through the artistic review process; must maintain 3.0 GPA and full-time COPA status

Dean's Academic Award: $3,000–$8,000 per year—based on GPA; candidates considered through the artistic audition; must maintain 3.0 GPA and full-time COPA status

Visit Scholarship: $1,000—for freshmen who complete an official campus visit or attend an Admissions Open House
