Audition Process
•Pass a music audition on your principal instrument or voice to be admitted to the music program
•Auditions are required of entering and transfer students
•Music Scholarship Audition Day: Friday, Feb. 20, 2026; auditions also offered by appointment on Fridays during the semester
•Video auditions accepted for international or long-distance students
•Test Drive Audition available during campus preview events
Music-Program Interview
•Applicants complete an interview with music faculty as part of admission to the program
Audition Expectations
•Check-in and refreshments in McCray Hall lobby
•General meeting with music faculty
•Meeting with Student Advisory Council
•Instrumental auditions begin at 2:00 PM
