•Private songwriting instruction supports individual development, and the Songwriters Showcase gives students a live setting for presenting their work
•Two semesters in a Pepperdine choir or Jazz Band connect writing with ensemble musicianship
Emphasis Options
•Students choose an emphasis in voice, guitar, or piano; the vocal path addresses vocal health, stylistic versatility, and creative artistry across pop, R&B, rock, indie, worship, and musical-theatre crossover
