Live Audition
•Ballet and modern group class work with faculty
•Two-minute solo composition in a dance style of your choice, with or without music
•Faculty interview and essay discussion follow the movement audition
Women's Attire
•Solid-color leotard
•Convertible pink or skin-tone tights recommended for quick transition from ballet to modern
Men's Ballet Attire
•Black tights or black unitard, with tights worn inside shoes
•Snug plain white, gray, or black tank/t-shirt or leotard
•Dance belt
•Waistband or belt to hold up tights
•Black ballet shoes with elastics appropriately attached
Men's Modern Attire
•Snug plain black or plain white t-shirt or leotard
•Footless tights or tight-fitting black fitness pants
•Unitards or biker shorts may be substituted
•Barefoot, no shoes or socks
