•Bullet: Current Theatre Arts AA is a 22-23 unit major with core theatre history, stagecraft, acting, dramatic literature, and production requirements
•Bullet: Students complete 9 units selected from Technical Theatre and/or Performance Emphasis coursework
•Bullet: Critically acclaimed productions range from classical to experimental work and often serve campus-wide dialogue on social issues
•Bullet: Collaboration with Dance, Music, and Art departments supports interdisciplinary theatre work
Degree Flexibility
•Bullet: Technical Theatre emphasis options include lighting, stage makeup, costume design, and technical theatre production coursework
•Bullet: Performance emphasis options include improvisation, voice and speech, musical theatre scenes, creative theatre ensemble, rehearsal, and advanced acting
•Bullet: AA-T Theatre Arts transfer pathway is also available for CSU-bound students
