Resume

•Current resume of theatrical/artistic work including name, pronouns (optional), email, phone, and current GPA

Letter of Recommendation

•One letter from a teacher explaining why you are a good fit for the BATIE program, addressing strengths as an artist and readiness for an individualized program of study

Writing Sample

•Option 1: Submit something you have written (creative writing, analytical paper, essay, or college essay)

•Option 2: Respond to the following prompt in about 500 words (two pages double-spaced): "Why do the arts matter? Using your own experience and, if you would like, research, explain why you believe the arts are important and worthy of study."
