Prescreen Requirements

Resume

The resume should include theatrical and artistic work, name, optional pronouns, email, phone number, and current GPA

Letter of Recommendation

The teacher letter should address artistic strengths, fit with the program, and readiness for individualized study

Portfolio / Creative Sample

The portfolio may include work you have written, designed, performed, or created in theatre or other settings

Submit the fully digital portfolio as photos, videos, or documents according to the OCU application instructions

Writing Sample

Option 1: Submit creative or analytical writing, including a play, paper, essay, or college essay

Option 2: In about 500 words (two double-spaced pages), answer: Why do the arts matter? Use your experience and, if desired, research to explain why the arts are important and worthy of study
