Light plots, costume renderings, set designs, painter's elevations, photographs, or slides of theatrical work

May also include: sketches, drawings, paintings, doodling, poetry, short stories, or collages

What's The Process

Audition Process

Interview and portfolio required for BFA admission

To sign up for an on-campus interview, first apply to OHIO and then log in with the email address on your application

Submit the required portfolio through the applicant status portal after applying to OHIO

Students already admitted to OHIO may also be admitted to this concentration through an interview with Production Design and Technology faculty/staff and a portfolio presentation; interviews can be arranged throughout the school year

Interviews are designed to get to know theater faculty and learn about the program

Applicants discuss their work, big ideas, and goals
