Apply through OCC's online application portal

On the application, select the Associate in Arts degree program

Existing OCC students can use the Change of Program Form to update their academic program

Enrollment

Theatre is offered on the Orchard Ridge campus in Farmington Hills

Entry-level classes are also available at Royal Oak and Auburn Hills campuses

Placement tests and new student orientation are required in most cases

Students should meet with an OCC counselor before attempting the plan of study

Audition Process

Open admissions; no audition required for program admission

Production auditions are separate from admission to the Theatre Concentration

Post-Enrollment

OCC theatre productions traditionally audition in December and April

The theatre audition page posts current production opportunities when available

Students who cannot attend a posted production audition in person may contact Theatre Director Jennifer Little about sending a video link before that production audition deadline
