Application Materials
Transcript (Required)
•Bullet: Submit a high school transcript or equivalent
Headshot (Required)
•Bullet: Upload a recent headshot or photograph of yourself
•Bullet: Photographs such as a resumé headshot or a graduation portrait are preferred if you have one, otherwise take a photograph against a neutral background
•Bullet: Label the file with your name and the document type before uploading (for example, "Your Name - Headshot")
Resume (Required)
•Bullet: Submit a one to two page resumé detailing your experience and training (Word document, PDF, or scanned image)

Video (Required)
•Bullet: Complete the Audition Videos Supplement with 1 or 2 song cuts, in contemporary styles (MT or pop/rock/etc); each video should be 30-60 seconds in length
•Bullet: You may also choose (but not required) to submit 1 monologue video; if submitting a monologue, it should be contemporary material (1980s or later)
Dance Video (Optional)
•Bullet: You may also choose (but not required) to submit 1 dance video
•Bullet: If submitting a dance video you must be easily identifiable
Sheet Music (If Using the Provided Accompanist)
•Bullet: Live accompaniment is provided for all on-campus auditions and for many regional auditions; bring sheet music for the accompanist
Accompaniment (Regional Auditions)
•Bullet: Any student attending a regional audition should have a pre-recorded accompaniment on hand in case
