•Bullet: The Speech and Theatre Education minor is a fully certified pathway permitting students to teach grades 9-12

•Bullet: Minor students participate in Northwest's Freshman/Transfer Showcase during their first year
•Bullet: Training supports classroom teaching, play direction, forensics and debate coaching
Facilities
•Bullet: Students work in the Ron Houston Center for the Performing Arts and can engage with mainstage, one-act and student-directed productions
