•Bullet: Each work sample must include a primary document; include supporting materials if applicable
Primary Document
•Bullet: Video excerpt of performance (max 5 minutes), production photos (max 10 images), original playscript, director's notebook, or other documentation
•Bullet: Actors may submit a recording of an audition monologue
Supporting Materials (If Applicable)
•Bullet: Project research documents, source materials, annotated scripts and promptbooks, renderings, reviews, etc.
•Bullet: Identify any additional collaborators and their roles
Process Statement
•Bullet: Brief explanation of working process and how projects relate to artistic values (300 words max)
Additional Required Materials
•Bullet: Artist Statement discussing interdisciplinary practice, innovation, collaboration, and social engagement (600-750 words)
•Bullet: Two letters of recommendation from professional and/or academic references
•Bullet: College transcripts (unofficial acceptable for application)
•Bullet: English language proficiency test results (if applicable)
