ARTIST PORTFOLIO (2-4 work samples + 1 Process Statement)
Each work sample must include
Primary Document
•Video excerpt of performance (max 5 minutes), production photos (max 10 images), original playscript, director's notebook, or other documentation
•Actors may submit a recording of an audition monologue
Supporting materials (if applicable)
•Project research documents, source materials, annotated scripts and promptbooks, renderings, reviews, etc.
•Identify any additional collaborators and their roles
Process Statement
•Brief explanation of working process and how projects relate to artistic values (300 words max)
Additional Required Materials
•Artist Statement discussing interdisciplinary practice, innovation, collaboration, and social engagement (600-750 words)
•Two letters of recommendation from professional and/or academic references
•College transcripts (unofficial acceptable for application)
•English language proficiency test results (if applicable)
