•Bullet: A 20-credit Theatre Arts Minor, open to NDSU students, offered in a Standard Option and a Dance Option per the 2026-27 university catalog
•Bullet: Both options require 6 credits of Theatre Appreciation (choosing 2 of THEA 110 Introduction to Theatre Arts, THEA 180 Dramatic Literature and Style I, or THEA 280 World Theatre) plus 2 credits of Theatre Practicum or Labs (from THEA 210, THEA 211, THEA 220, or THEA 221)
•Bullet: The Standard Option completes the minor with 12 elective credits drawn from a wide list spanning acting, directing, design, dance, and film courses, including THEA 161 Acting I, THEA 262 Introduction to Dance, THEA 270 Stagecraft, THEA 365 Directing I, and ENGL 380 Shakespeare
•Bullet: The Dance Option instead requires 12 dance-focused credits: THEA 262 Introduction to Dance, THEA 263 Dance Studio (repeatable up to 6 credits), and THEA 362 Dance Styles for Theatre (repeatable up to 3 credits)
•Bullet: At least 8 of the minor's 20 credits must be completed at NDSU
•Bullet: The minor is declared by students already enrolled at NDSU in another major and carries no separate application, audition, or admission cycle of its own
