•The 2026-27 Musical Theatre curriculum integrates repeated Acting the Song study with applied voice across four course levels, music theory, ear training and sight singing, piano, and musical-theatre history
•Dance training includes Jazz, Lyrical Ballet, and Tap in Dance Studio plus two enrollments in Dance Styles for Theatre
•Acting, Shakespeare, advanced voice and movement, directing, stagecraft, costume craft, and a capstone round out the 120-credit degree
Performance & Productions
•Eight credits of Theatre Practicum or Stage Management Practicum embed production work throughout the major
•Students can perform in Theatre NDSU Main Stage Productions and develop additional work with the student-led Newfangled Theatre Company
