Requirements

Two Contrasting Songs

Prepare two selections, 60-90 seconds each

Repertoire

One BALLAD

One up-tempo

At least one song must be from a musical written after 1970

Accompaniment

Live accompanist provided for on-campus auditions

Virtual or digital submissions should use your own accompaniment

Monologues

Live/Virtual Audition

One contemporary (1945-present) monologue from published full-length play or film script

Maximum 2 minutes

Cannot be from a musical

Digital Submission

Two contrasting contemporary (1945-present) monologues

Same requirements as above

Dance

Group Dance Call (on-Campus and Virtual Auditions Only)

Morning group dance audition. Scheduled automatically after registering for monologue/voice slot

Two dance calls available: 10am and 11am EST

Dance is not required for digital submissions
