The program's Acceptd listing is currently not accepting new applications because capacity has been met for this cycle

Important Notes

Missouri State’s own sources disagree on the submission channel: the department’s Admission Requirements page (BAAdmission.htm) still says to upload the essay, headshot, and résumé through Acceptd, while Acceptd’s program guidelines say to send them directly to the BA/BS Area Coordinator; the Acceptd guidelines are followed here

Submit a theatre resume, the required essay, and an optional headshot directly to the BA/BS Area Coordinator

Departmental Scholarships

16 $2,000 activity scholarships awarded annually

Distribution based on faculty recommendation

Six $2,000 In-School Players scholarships

Awarded via audition process held in spring

Recipients must participate in In-School Players for a full year

Out-of-State Tuition Waivers

Some waivers available based on need and faculty recommendation

Must maintain 3.0 GPA to qualify
