•$35 application fee (waivers not advertised)

•Rolling admission — no early or regular deadlines

•Test optional — SAT/ACT scores not required for admission

•Minimum 2.5 cumulative high school GPA on a 4.0 scale

•13 high school core courses required (4 English, 3 math at Algebra 1+, 3 lab science, 3 social science)

Program Entry

•Students enroll into BA Music as their major

•Performance Concentration in Voice is awarded after passing the Sophomore Screening process

•All music majors must pass the Piano Proficiency Exam, typically by the end of sophomore year

Audition Process

•No audition is required for BA Music admission

•Voice study is open to all admitted music majors from the start

•Competitive music scholarships are awarded each year and are renewable for up to five years

Post-Enrollment

•Gateway audition required to enter the Voice Performance Concentration

•Held after enrollment, typically at the end of sophomore year

•Passage unlocks the upper-division applied voice sequence and Senior Recital path
