What's The Process

No Audition Required

No audition is required for admission to the program

Admission is through the university application process

Scholarship Audition

Optional audition for Music Department scholarship consideration, offered in person or digitally

Bring two copies of the music you will be performing

Semi-formal attire is appropriate

Grand piano (Steinway or Yamaha) provided for the audition

Check in at the Music Department Office (Room C117, Fain Fine Arts Building) at least 30 minutes before your scheduled time

Repertoire is flexible — choose music that best demonstrates your abilities; faculty help you select appropriate pieces
