Repertoire List (Prescreen)
•Two contrasting works from the Baroque, Classical, Romantic, and/or Contemporary/Impressionistic periods, minimum 10 minutes total playing time (a single movement of a larger work counts as one piece)
•Prescreen and live-audition repertoire may differ
Repertoire List (Audition, Piano Performance Major)
•Baroque — a Prelude and Fugue, or a complete larger work (Partita, English Suite, French Suite, or Toccata) by J.S. Bach
•Classical — a complete sonata, all movements, by Haydn, Mozart, Beethoven, or Schubert (no exceptions)
•Romantic — a major solo work, 10-15 minutes, from the 19th century (no exceptions)
•Etude — a virtuosic etude by Chopin, Liszt, Rachmaninoff, Scriabin, Debussy, Bartok, Stravinsky, or Ligeti (no exceptions)
•All repertoire is performed from memory; recorded auditions must use date-stamped audio and video made during the current year, with each piece announced before it is played
