•The 120-credit BFA combines theatre study with business work in accounting, economics, management, marketing, law, public relations, communication, public speaking, and computer graphics
•Theatre concentration study adds history, theory, and applied work to a shared Arts Management sequence in practicum, organizational practice, development, fundraising, and grant writing
•Arts Management Contract gives Theatre and Dance concentration students recurring crew, management, and production work
Professional Development
•The degree culminates in a professional arts-organization internship of 125–150 residency hours arranged with the program director
•Published New York-area placements include DreamWorks Theatrical Productions, Stomp, and other venues and producing organizations
•Selected work with Tilles Center for the Performing Arts is also available
•The program develops leadership, planning, financial, and audience-development skills for theatre companies and performing-arts organizations
